His and Hers

Our first presentation of 2020 is a double-header covering two contrasting composers. Martyn Parker will talk about Dmitri Shostakovich and especially his work which has been overshadowed by his famous symphonies. Then Jenny Parker will consider Maurice Ravel and show that there was much more to his music than the famous 'Bolero'.
