A DOUBLE BILL

For our next meeting we're joined by Malcolm Lewis, a long-standing friend of the club. Malcolm is an entertaining speaker with broad musical tastes. This time he will give a talk split into two subjects. The first part will discuss Rogers and Hammerstein, giants of Broadway in the 1940s and 1950s and writers of musicals such as 'The Sound of Music'. The second part will cover the wider field of the American Musical. We look forward to a lively evening!
